At Harris Gauges Limited, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and transparent return conditions.
Returns
- Returns are accepted only with prior approval.
- Goods must be returned within 10 days of purchase.
- Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Incorrect Orders
- Unopened goods: subject charge of upto 35% handling charge.
- Opened goods: subject charge of upto 75% handling charge and inspection.
- Goods must be undamaged and suitable for resale.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used, damaged, or engraved products.
- Special-order or customised items.
Faulty Goods
- Faulty items must be reported within a reasonable time.
- We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion in accordance with UK law.
Repairs & Calibration
- Assessment charges may apply (up to £50).
- Calibration services:
- 24-hour service: list price +100%
- 5-day service: list price +50%
- Standard service (2–4 weeks): standard pricing
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on payment provider.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
