Refund & Returns Policy

At Harris Gauges Limited, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and transparent return conditions.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only with prior approval.
  • Goods must be returned within 10 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Incorrect Orders

  • Unopened goods: subject charge of upto 35% handling charge.
  • Opened goods: subject charge of upto 75% handling charge and inspection.
  • Goods must be undamaged and suitable for resale.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, damaged, or engraved products.
  • Special-order or customised items.

Faulty Goods

  • Faulty items must be reported within a reasonable time.
  • We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion in accordance with UK law.

Repairs & Calibration

  • Assessment charges may apply (up to £50).
  • Calibration services:
    • 24-hour service: list price +100%
    • 5-day service: list price +50%
    • Standard service (2–4 weeks): standard pricing

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on payment provider.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
