Established in 1984 in Coventry, Harris Gauges has grown steadily year after year, and now operates from our current premises in Nuneaton. We specialise in three core areas: instrument repair — where we are one of the few companies still offering a genuine in-house repair service — UKAS-accredited calibration, and the supply of new metrology equipment from leading manufacturers including Mitutoyo, Bowers Metrology and many more.

Traceability of calibration results is vital to ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout industry. Over the years we have not only retained our UKAS accreditation but steadily increased its scope. For items not covered by our scope we also provide in-house or “house” certificates, offering the flexibility to suit different needs. These calibrations are still carried out in accordance with BS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017, although the method is not technically verified by UKAS.

Harris Gauges has built a strong reputation for its expertise in maintaining and recalibrating dimensional metrology equipment, as well as other mechanical and bespoke instruments. We have invested in our repair centre allowing Harris Gauges to support legacy products from leading suppliers. Supplying gauges and related accessories, helping customers source the right products for their operations. Our services are designed to keep equipment performing to the highest standards, and we continue to support businesses with reliable certification and tailored solutions wherever required.
